Jack has most recently joined the Accredo Health Group where he serves as the Vice President, Business Development and leads key strategic initiatives including the Biosimilar/Biogeneric emerging market.

Kjel A. Johnson, PharmD, BCPS, FCCP, FAMCP, is the Vice President, Strategic Operations for ICORE Healthcare, a division of Magellan Health Services. In this role Johnson identifies and develops injectable management strategies and services for payers and assists in the implementation of these services.
Scott Howell, MD, MBA, is Senior Director, Channel, Contracting and Reimbursement Strategy at Genentech USA, a leading biotechnology company. Dr. Howell earned his undergraduate degree at Notre Dame followed by his medical degree at Ohio State University. Howell has been with Genentech since 2006 where he directs the company’s commercial distribution strategies, channel management, contracting, customer operations, and overall reimbursement strategy.
